1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since our products are personalized, engraving may take an additional day.

2. Shipping Times:

• Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once shipped.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 999.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery services across India.
